Exceptional service with a stunning spa.

Had an awesome vacation with friends! We enjoyed the golf course and the refreshing spa. The staff were super friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was smooth. Plus, breakfast in the Orangery was a great start to the day! Just a heads up, some room features might be a bit worn, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

One downside was that the room was quite dark when getting ready for dinner, which made things a little tricky.

The Tiplady room offered ample space, complete with a comfy bed and neat amenities like a large minibar and coffee machine. The hotel’s grounds look stunning, with well-maintained gardens and an elegant setting that sets the mood for relaxation.

The shower drainage system was broken, a significant issue for a five-star place, compounded by no offer of a refund or room rate reduction. Dinner portions felt small for the price point with £90 charged for two meals in the casual dining area, and breakfast toast resembled cheap store-bought bread instead of something like fresh sourdough.

The elegant design of the spa was captivating, with serene atmospheres and easy access throughout the hotel, making it comfortable for seniors like myself to enjoy every moment.

The breakfast offered a wide array of indulgent pastries and customizable options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the spa experience was marred by the confusing locker system, and the drink prices felt unreasonably high during our stay, contributing to a surprisingly steep final bill.
